Roll Forward
Use the Roll Forward feature to select and roll forward Unit Instance Occurrences (UIOs) from one calendar occurrence to another, and if required roll forward UIOs into a curriculum plan. You can also select the associated attributes from a UIO that you want to roll forward, for example: fees, links, assessments, and so on.
Date validation applies when records are rolled forward, that is: records are only included in the roll forward if they have start and end dates that coincide with the start and end date of the target calendar occurrence.
EFTS and study breaks are built into the curriculum roll forward.
The Curriculum Roll Forward wizard guides you through the process of selecting UIOs, child UIOs, and associated attributes. The Curriculum Roll Forward wizard is available on the Curriculum Details screen and in the Curriculum Manager.
